You probably know the saying "It's what's on the inside that counts". What is important in our dealings with other people is a little different when it comes to rings. Even if the inner values of the ring, i.e. the quality of the material, are very important, the choice of surface is also crucial.

Fischer Trauringe offers you a large selection of surfaces, so there is something for every taste. Combinations of different surfaces can be used to create special accents.

The rings only develop their special charisma when they are viewed as a whole and the surface, material and stone setting come together. That is why we would like to show you the surfaces of selected ring designs below.

The "bark" surface is created by rough milling by hand, which is then sandblasted. The result is a ring with a strong character that is very resistant to wear.

The "ice matt" surface is considered to be a resistant surface, wear marks are virtually invisible on it. The surface with an icy look can be beautifully combined with polished elements.

The "Exclusive matt" surface is an individual surface created by goldsmiths by hand with beautiful differentiation in color and surface variations. Due to its good wearing properties, this surface is also recommended as a complete matt finish.

The "fine matt" finish is one of the most popular finishes alongside high-gloss polished. However, you should note that a matt ring will not remain matt for the rest of its life. Due to the signs of wear that occur over time, the matt surface will gradually take on a polished appearance.

For a "highly polished" surface, the ring is polished to a high shine by hand on the machine using fine polishing pastes. This shine lasts a long time, but will gradually change to a slightly duller surface due to wear.

The "cork oak" surface is a rather glossy surface that is very hard-wearing and hardly changes, as wear marks hardly alter the appearance.

The "cross matt" surface is characterized by a very tight surface matting. This surface is created using a polishing brush. The treatment results in a slight surface sheen and a beautiful appearance. As with the "fine matt" surface, the surface becomes more of a polished surface over time.

A scotch mat is used to achieve the "rubbed matt" surface. The soft matt appearance is created by circular movements. Over time, this surface becomes shinier.

The matt "bark" surface is very resistant and is applied by hand using a carbide cutter. The appearance can change over time from rather matt to rather glossy.

The "sand matt" surface is characterized by a very uniform matt surface structure. This surface structure allows the individual colors to stand out perfectly, especially in multi-colored rings.

"Impact matt" is a more resistant alternative to "sand matt". The texture can be weaker or stronger with matting tools in different thicknesses.
